Submission Guide and Template
Authors are called to submit short abstract of the paper (up to 200 words). Following the notification of abstract acceptance, authors are invited to submit short paper (up to 4 pages not including nomenclature, acknowledgment and reference list) using template below. The recommended length of 4 pages helps ensure sufficient distinction from extended versions that may later be considered for publication in partner journal. If needed, authors can extend the paper up to maximum of 8 pages in total.
Papers are written and presented in English and will be subjected to a peer-review process prior acceptance. The Scientific Committee will select papers for oral or poster presentations. On-site presentation is preferred. If that is not possible, on-line participation options can be arranged but make sure to inform the Organizers on time.
After the conference, all submitted scientific papers will receive invitation for publication of extended papers in suggested partner journals. All submitted manuscripts undergo the journal's standard editorial process and independent peer review. Publication remains subject to each journal's standard editorial and peer-review procedures. Authors of awarded scientific papers whose manuscripts are accepted for publication by partner journals will have their Article Processing Charges (APCs) for Transactions of Famena journal covered by the Inter-klima 2027 Conference. Remaining papers can be submitted to Diamond type open access partner journals (Technical Journal, Rudarsko-geološko-naftni zbornik), regular publication procedure (Brodogradnja) or apply for discounted APC (-40%) for The Journal of Sustainable Development of Energy, Water and Environment Systems.
Short papers for the INTER-KLIMA 2027 Conference will be included in conference programme only after Scientific or Student Registration Fee is settled for presenting author.
The Application form for Registration Fees can be found HERE.
