Conference Fee
In the Application form found at the Application for Participation section, participants of Inter-klima conference chose between Scientific or Student option with details below. Short papers for the INTER-KLIMA 2027 Conference will be included in conference programme only after Scientific or Student Registration Fee is settled for presenting author.
Scientific 450,00 EUR (360,00 + VAT of 25%)
Scientific registration Fee is exclusively valid for the presenting author of the accepted paper at the INTER-KLIMA Conference.
Student 300,00 EUR (240,00 + VAT of 25%)
Student registration Fee is exclusively valid for students and PhD students presenting or participating on Tuesday, 18 May and Wednesday, 19 May.
Registration Fee provides each participant with the following:
Access to
- the Conferences' Programme: lectures, one on one interviews and round tables on all three days of the conferences
- the Digital Proceedings, which will be updated three weeks after the conferences with all submitted presentations, papers and videos of presentations.
Participation in daily breaks that nourish the body and clear the mind
- coffee breaks with a wide selection of coffee, teas, juices and water
- brunch / finger food breaks - with snacks that provide the necessary energy until the evening part of the programme.
Participation in memorable evenings
- two evening social programmes (on Monday, 17 May and Tuesday, 18 May) for informal conversations, new acquaintances and memorable moments.
