Scientific Conference Awards
Awards will be granted in the following categories:
Best Paper Award in Young Researchers Category
Young Researchers Category includes BSc, MSc, and PhD students who are under 30 years or younger in 2027.
Overall Best Paper Award
Authors of awarded scientific papers in categories Best Paper Award and Overall Best Paper Award will have their Article Processing Charges (APCs) for Transactions of Famena journal covered by the Inter-klima 2027 Conference if Manuscripts are accepted for publication.
Best Paper Presentation Award
The recipient(s) of the Best Paper Presentation Award will be invited to attend the next edition of the conference free of charge, with the conference registration fee fully waived for one of the authors.
Papers submitted by young researchers are eligible for the Overall Best Paper Award. However, if a paper authored by a young researcher receives the Overall Best Paper Award, it will no longer be eligible for consideration in the Young Researchers Category. This ensures that the same paper cannot receive awards in both categories.
The recipients of all awards will be selected by a dedicated Scientific Award Committee. The Committee reserves the right to grant more than one award within any category if the quality of submissions so warrants.
Industry Impact Award
In addition to the scientific awards, a special Industry Impact Award will be presented by an Expert Committee composed of technical and industry professionals participating in the parallel expert event. This award recognizes the paper or research contribution considered to have the greatest potential for practical application and industry relevance. The award aims to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry, promote the transfer of scientific knowledge into practice, and provide researchers with valuable feedback from experts working directly in the field.
